SOLTEC is an Italian company with over twenty years’ experience in the manufacture of ultrasonic cleaners marketed under the SONICA brand and related accessories.

  • We look after you from the moment we receive your order until delivery of the goods, entrusting shipment to the best carriers on the market.

  • We provide a Warranty on all items purchased, while we can also provide you with insurance cover, on request, for your goods during shipment until they are delivered to your address.

  • We offer highly-qualified After Sales service and especially Technical Assistance if your ultrasonic cleaning equipment stops working, even many years after the purchase date. Each repair is carried out exclusively by specialized technicians using original SONICA components at our repair workshop at our manufacturing site in Milan.

The SONICA ultrasonic cleaning equipment range manufactured by SOLTEC are medical devices, and as such, comply with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No 46 dated 24 February 1997 and subsequent amendments.
For these devices SOLTEC S.r.l. has complied with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No 46 dated 24 February 1997 and its subsequent amendments. CE marking has been requested for the SONICA L Ultrasonic Automatic Multifunction System [Class IIB Medical Device] from a Notified Body [Kiwa Cermet Italy].
For the design and manufacture of SONICA ultrasonic cleaning equipment, SOLTEC has complied with the following STANDARDS:

  • DIRECTIVE 93/42/EEC dated 14 June 1993 and subsequent amendments

  • DIRECTIVE 2007/47/EC.

Our general sales terms and conditions

All prices are EX WORKS Milano, Italy, and exclude V.A.T on Italy supplies.
Where goods are supplied under reference to the “Incoterms” such reference shall mean the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce as in force at the date when the contract is made.
All prices are quoted in Euro.
Terms of payment are in advance or with confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit confirmed by our bank.
Delivery time: about 15 days after the receipt of the order.
Discounts available on application for wholesalers, distributors and dealers.

Shipping and Warranty

We have, in actual fact, been exporting to various parts of the world for a considerable number of years and pride ourselves on our careful export packing and speed of dispatch.

Packing

Our careful export packing protects our SONICA Ultrasonic cleaners during shipping, warehousing and handling.
We use a special low-density polyurethane technology foam (CFC and HCFC-free) that efficiently protects products of any size, shape and weight.
All our customers receive all our products undamaged, because the special foam, has unique cushioning properties that protect our products during shipping, warehousing and handling.

International Couriers

We have special agreements with the most well known international couriers, but we can arrange shipments with any courier of your choice.

Warranty


Warranty Period

All our SONICA ultrasonic cleaners are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase of the product according to the clauses of the warranty certificate provided.
We take care of the maintenance of most of our ultrasonic cleaners, but we have some repaire centers laboratories around the world to provide faster service and lower expences.

Warranty terms

SOLTEC S.r.l. declines responsibility for errors in the manual, for accidental damage or that caused by the supply, performances or use of this equipment. This product is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase of the product according to the clauses of the warranty certificate provided.
In the event of a fault occurring in the unit during the warranty period, the firm SOLTEC S.r.l. may decide whether to repair or replace the product found to be defective.

Work during the warranty period

For work or repairs under guarantee, this unit must be sent to SOLTEC S.r.l. via the retailer.
The warranty does not cover transfer costs of technical staff, nor costs of despatch or transport risks, which are to be borne by the purchaser. The purchaser shall in all cases bear the despatch costs, including duties, of products sent to SOLTEC S.r.l. from another country.

Warranty restrictions

The warranty covers replacement or repair of the components recognised as being unsuitable due to manufacturing defects, inclusive of the necessary labour.
The above is not applicable to faults caused by improper or inadequate maintenance or use by the customer, by unauthorised changes made to the unit, by the use of the product in environmental conditions other than those specified in the manual for said product or by inadequate preparation of the installation area.
No compensation shall be payable during the period of time required for replacement or repair of the unit.
Replacement shall in any case be decided solely by the manufacturer and only in the event of the unit being ascertained as wholly unsuitable and impossible to repair.
Compensation of direct or indirect damages of whatsoever kind to persons or property due to the use or non-use of the unit shall not be due.
