The prerequisite to achieve an high level of sterilization are:
- to deeply clean, removing the infected micro units
- to properly disinfect the dental instruments

The ultrasonic cleaners are generally located into the sterilization room close to an auxiliary tank called decontamination tank, where the first phase of decontamination of surgical instruments is carried out.
