Ultrasonic cleaning of inkjet printer parts has become a common pratice. It is now one of the faster and more effective technique to recycle inkjet cartridges.
Ultrasonic cleaning reduce:
- use of solvents lowering damages to the environment
- cost of remanufacturing inkjet heads
- time required for the process
Being more indipendent by solvent choice, ultrasonic cleaning reduce the risk of solvent incompatibilities.
Delicate and very small parts in inkjet components (nozzle parts may measure only microns), make ultrasonic cleaning very suited to remove swarf, carbon deposits and toner residue without damage.
Nearly all SONICA ultrasonic cleaners are equiped with a heater, to improve and speed up the whole cleaning process.
Uniform shape of inkjet parts may help to achieve faster and more uniform results with clever positioning of the components in the ultrasonic tank. Not only SOLTEC offers a wide range of ultrasonic cleaners in different size but SONICA ultrasonic baths, but we provide SONICA apparels with several useful and comfortable accessories.
Cleaning cycle may be finished after rincing heads in deionized water and then dryed in hot air.
